- It is illegal to alter classified pyrotechnics in any way.

- It is illegal to sell pyrotechnics to under 18’s.

- All products must used in accordance with the technical data sheet, these can be found on this website.

To purchase and use any product from Pyromad you need to be 18 years of age or over, by creating an account you are certifying that you meet this criteria and agree to these terms and conditions.

All damaged deliveries or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Returns Policy:

In the event that your purchase is faulty then please contact Pyromad immediately sales@pyromad.co.uk to discuss your problem. At our discretion, a replacement product will be dispatched to you, although this WILL NOT happen until the originally purchased goods are returned and are confirmed to be faulty by our technicians.

All items returned will have a 15% restocking fee, this fee will be charge at our discretion.

Any unwanted or faulty items will be refunded at the point of return by the consumer. Responsibility for the cost of return will be paid for by the consumer and not Kit Up Ltd. Should the product be found to be unservicable, this will be included in the refund.

No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged by negligence, carelessness or misuse.

No refunds can be issued on products that have been custom built to order
